Service Booking Fee
Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, if you would like to make a booking, we kindly ask you to pay a small booking fee to secure your planned appointment. This amount will come off the total amount, (if you do not show or cancel last minute, please refer to our rescheduling and cancelling policy below) if the booking is made on the same day, full payment may be required. Failing to abide by the policy we will unfortunately be unable to honour your booking.
Rescheduling & Cancelling
We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If, for whatever reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior (or if the booking was made on the same day- at least 3 hours prior).
Appointments cancelled without a notice will incur a fee of $25.
Running late to Appointment
We greatly appreciate our clients being on time, as only then we can provide all our guests with the quality of service we are committed to. However, we understand that unforeseen incidents do occur and therefore, we ask our clients to let us know as soon as possible if they are going to be late. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late for a brow appointment & 10 minutes late for all other appointments will forfeit the original appointment and will need to reschedule.
No-Shows
Alloom Beauty Lounge is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from booking an appointment. Therefore, we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at $25. More than two missed appointments will result in full payment upon booking & foiling to show you will forfeit the amount. Service Guarantees & Refunds
Our team prides itself on providing exceptional services. We strive for full customer satisfaction and therefore, if you are dissatisfied with our treatments, please notify us within 72 hours. We are committed to providing you with a fix or a correction (corrections are usually accommodated within 3 days from the initial service – unfortunately, we do not honour corrections if you reschedule beyond this time). A fault on our side will result in a redo of treatment or a credit applied to the account. A/loom Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Medical History & Disclosing changes in Skin Routine
Knowing the health history of our clients is an important factor in delivering a safe and comfortable experience, as well as a satisfying result. Sometimes even the smallest changes in the body chemistry can affect the results of the treatment. Hence, we politely ask our clients to always inform our specialists of their allergies, physical issues, medications taken and/or pregnancy.
Adverse Effects
A/loom Beauty Lounge takes pride in ensuring the health and well being of their clients during all services, the therapists take every precaution to minimise or eliminate negative reactions. Allergy Patch tests are recommended prior to all services conducted here in store however some adverse effects may not be visible until after the treatment. In the event of this occurring, please contact the store within 24 hours of the initial treatment, we will endeavour to ease any issues to the best of our knowledge, however the salon will not be held liable for reimbursement of treatment cost.
